How much hair fall is normal:

A decade ago, it was believed that it was normal to shed 50 to 100 hairs a day. A new method of measuring hair fall is to brush your hair for 60 seconds with a result of hair loss of 10 to 15 hairs in considered normal. Hair falls out daily as part of the body’s natural renewal cycle but when the body sheds excessive hair then there is medical event or condition. Here is a link which may be useful about the causes of hair fall:

Can I grow back my hair:

This is dependant on the health of your hair follicle. If your hair follicle is healthy then you should see results within 3 to 6 months. If the hair follicle is damaged it may take up to a year or longer but never say never as it is possible to regrow your hair.

What is your current hair situation:

1. Experiencing Excessive Hair Fall?

Don’t worry — you’re not alone. Hair fall can be caused by many factors, and the first step is understanding why it’s happening. Here’s what we recommend: Visit your GP for a full medical and blood test to identify any underlying causes (e.g., iron deficiency, thyroid, stress). 💆‍♀️ Gently dry massage your scalp daily to stimulate circulation and strengthen follicles. Start by applying our Growth Hair Serum once a week. 🥦 Eat more vegetables and protein-rich foods to nourish your hair from within. 🧘‍♀️ Practice daily meditation (5–10 minutes) to reduce stress, which is often a silent contributor to hair loss. 🏃‍♀️ Move your body every day — at least 15 minutes of exercise helps boost blood flow to your scalp. 😴 Prioritise quality sleep — aim for 7–8 hours each night. Deep sleep is when your body repairs and regenerates, which includes hair recovery and growth. 💧 Once shedding reduces, increase serum use to 2–3 times weekly and continue with gentle scalp massage using your fingertips or a scalp massager.

2. Thinning Hair or Slow/No Growth?

If your hair is thinning and feels stagnant, it’s time to take action — naturally and consistently. Steps to follow: ✅ Consult your GP and request a blood test to check for deficiencies or imbalances. 🔁 Repeat the lifestyle practices listed in Point 1 (from nutrition to sleep). 💆‍♀️ Apply the Growth Hair Serum 2–3 times per week, massaging gently to moderately with your fingertips or a scalp massager.

3. Your Health is in Check & You're Ready to Regrow Thicker Hair

You’ve moved past hair fall and are ready to focus on growth and thickness. Keep the momentum going: 🔁 Continue with the lifestyle habits from Point 1 (C to F) — consistency is key. 💧 Apply the Growth Hair Serum 2–3 times per week, using medium pressure during scalp massage to stimulate blood flow and support stronger, healthier strands.

It is important to identify the root cause of the hair fall and finding solutions recommended by your health professional to stop the hair fall. You are then ready to embark on your journey to acheive healthly hair with our serum.
