1. Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our scalp, hair, and skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
2. Faulty Products
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description.
If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at shabeauty_@hotmail.com, providing your order number and photos where applicable.
Depending on the issue, we may offer:

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
4. Allergic Reactions
As individual sensitivities vary, we recommend conducting a patch test before use. Refunds may not be available for reactions where no fault exists with the product.
